I should of thought a little harder as the guy was new to the forum.

This is a ****in disgrace - I have long since cancelled my paypal account due to stolen items , Paypal protects the buyer (ME) - if you sell an item to me and I recieve it then tell paypal it was in poor condition and I am sending it back - They will cancel the transaction and refund the buyer right away.(WITHOUT MAKING ANY ENQUIRIES)

The buyer keeps the item and the refund

I realy hope its a misunderstanding for your sake WCB but I was let down badly as the buyer canceled the transaction even after it had cleared , This is the buyer protection they promise
