Friend of mines from Paisley has had alot of fishing gear stole from his garage on wednesday night. This includes 2 JRC bivi's, 3 Greys 2 Map avon rods, 2 fox stratos reels, 3 okuma reels, pro-logic rucksack, fox warrior quiver, shackespear holdoll, avon scales, and prologic alarms with reciever.

Any info appreciated.

I ask myself why the hell did he have all that tackle in a garage ?. Any scum bag walking bye could have looked an open garage door & come back later. The locks on garage doors can be forced easily & sadly in to many cases they are not even locked. I hope he is well insured & more important if he is he is covered as some insurance companies will not cover "out side" structures such as huts & garages. Probably be touted around the local pubs. Note that it is coarse fishing gear so maybe a bit more difficult to shift than Trout & Salmon stuff. Hope you get them but a lesson learned methinks.
