Default Fly Fishers Anonomous (your problems shared)

You should introduce yourself and your problem.
My name is jon I have posted this thread today because everytime my wife catches me with yet another fishing catalogue I feel ashamed of myself. Somethings got to give and its not going to be the catalogues. Mabye I could get her some nice hardy's travel bags for all her stuff i know where i could get a good deal!:guinness

Just tell her at least its not a scud mag and you'll get to look at all the fishing porn you want.

I think that Greys is a better product than Hardy and both brand names come from the same company. Greys is certainly a much better value for money product. The Greys G tec range is excellent and the Streamflex rods are probably the best light fly rods of their kind in the world.

I think ticklematackle is suggesting the misses needs to go not
the catalogues.I wouldnt waste money on good gear if I was slinging
her indoors out, it would be bin bags not HARDY GEAR.
(maybe i read the post wrong?????????)
SORRY ticklematackle IF IVE MISINTERPRETED YOUR POST
AND STARTED A TACKLE DEBATE.

Talking

It was a bit of a spoof thread (alchoholics/sexoholics anon) for anyone else out there with flyfishing related probs that are not tackle related. But obviously we are all to busy mulling over the relative merits of travel bags to notice.

I got a problem, I'm addicted to river fishing, the seasons has finished and the trout are still rising on the section of river I fish.

I feel suicidal, what should I do?
