Default Fishing Diary

Just wondering if any one knew of a software program for keeping a Fishing log/diary
Wanting to keep a log of my fishing days, including things like the weather conditions, fly used, how many caught ect ect.
Must be simple to operate as not very computer savy.

Cheers Gaz

I use this:

http://onlinefishinglog.com/

It's a bit American biased but works fine and its free.
