Just a quick messgae to thanks Neil for exemplary service and for helping me out of a crisis

Firstly, LOOP AEG rod, got it in, delivered 1st class, all included in the price and a return if it is no good warranty

Then, I dropped the cage of my LOOP CLW reel cracking it, no longer in waranty and due to the cause of the demise I doubt it would be covered, I called Neil, he chased LOOP, no spares available, the only option was to buy a new reel, Neil then offered me the reel at a substantial discount, it arrived this morning after ordering it yesterday afternoon

Quite possibly the best service I have ever recieved
