i visisted mullarkeys on wednesday, they have a good selection of pretty much everything. and i came away with a cortland ice blue line for £29.99 which i thought was excellent. well worth a visit for all your fishing needs.

That is a very good offer, 50 pound for rod and reel, that's probably about what my reel seat would have cost, with hindsight, I could have saved a considerable amount of lolly. I have heard good reports from Mullarkeys in the past...

If your mail ordering from Mullarkeys expect a long wait for your stuff. I ordered some waders and it took a month and several phone calls to establish that they had discontinued that particular line and couldnt get any more. To their credit when I complained they provided a higher priced alternative for the same price as the ones they couldnt supply. Still disappointing service overall though.
