I know it is pretty old but the card is finished. It's a Smartmedia and I want to photograph a part of Lough Melvin before I go back to work. I can't get a card within 60 miles of here.
Can someone suggest a replacement? I dont want to go to the expense of buying a new camera

There are adaptors that fit into Smartmedia slots and allow the use of XD cards, etc, but I very much doubt these will fit in your camera.

Smartmedia never seemed to gain popularity and has fizzled out over the years.

I have a couple of Smartmedia cards left over from my old Olympus, but I use them for my Triton Synthesizer. Surprised Korg chose this media type for the Triton, given the year it was introduced, but there you go.

If ever I need replacements I get them from Ebay. They seem to be priced from £5 upwards dependant on size, and 75 items just sowed up when I did a quick serach, so they seem to be freely available.
