Default Filleting knife

Someone was asking about a filleting knife, if you want a really good professional knife, not a fancy one that will only last a month, GOOGLE Tommy Taylors, fish dock road Grimsby, cost around 8 quid, depending on the size, I've been using one of these for the past 20 years, still as sharp as the day I bought it, best to hone it on a filleter's steel
