Default Any Felling Fly Fishing Club members?

As this one falls neatly between Salmon Fishing, Trout and Grayling Fishing and Sea Trout Fishing, I decided that General Fly Fishing Discussion was probably the best place for it. Anyway…

Are there any Felling Fly Fishing Club members who might care to comment on the club's waters? I'm considering putting in an application for membership and was wondering whether you felt like you were getting value for money, whether the beats which look so quiet and picturesque on the website actually suffered from stick-throwing dogwalkers and the like etc.

Also, I'm probably more interested in the trout/grayling/sea trout side of things. How does it rate on that front? Or is it really only worthwhile for salmon anglers?

How do you mean? So far as I can tell, you just get a club book and go out and fish, so I don't see how anyone could get any different treatment to anyone else, unless they've changed the way their waters are managed since you were a member? (I have been told that they're thinking about introducing a booking system for one beat for next year though.)

Good to hear that the water was as good as it looks though!
