hi all

on the club lake i fish theres no fishing in the month of october does anyone know why this is?

also after october in novemeber will i be allowed to fish for the trout again? or is it no fishing untill march?

maybe its down to some sort of stocking policy ???

Is it a brown trout fishery or are there brown trout present? If so, and it varies from region to region, the brown trout season usually runs from around March 15th to September 30th. That might go some way to explain why you're not permitted to fish after September.
