Default As end of season gets close..

What is the plan for us all?

Will most fly men head for the privite all year round fisherys? Or will the other side come out? Me personaly, i will be packing away my fly gear and blowing the dust of my pike gear! im mad about pike so each winter I head to Boradwater (near Murlock Fishery) to hunt the monster pike in there.

So what is the plan for everyone? will most just head for the fisherys or is there plans for other fishing? Just intrested in what others do round winter time.

Like Bruce, grayling and chub. Plus a bit of sea fishing too.

Going to try grayling fishing this year and will probably just be farting around with casting apart from that.

I'll be storing all my gear away, and cracking on with my fly tying/eeking and replacing my flies from this season. I might head to a small stillwater once or twice but that will be it until the reserviors open next season.

Chub on the River Ouse and Ivel. It will be a first for me, but can't let the arm get too stiff over the winter.
