Any of you gents ever used this company?
I ordered about 20 flies on Saturday 12th September.recieved an e mail on monday saying that my order was despached.
1ST class postage paid £1.99, surely i should have recieved them by Thursday 17th September.
Any thoughts? and are they a relieable company? Maybe not a problem with the company at all , maybe a royail mail issue.

I discovered today while checking my Ebay account that there has apparently been a postal strike, the boys and girls at RM are not happy....

Yes, I've used them too, very reliable and very well tied flies, especially the very small sizes. They did make a mistake once but rectified it immediately and enclosed some extra free flies to make up for the mistake.

Just give them a call, it will probably be down to the postal strikes

excellent flies, excellent service, excellent prices sounds like you have been hit by the postal service strikers. please give them another go they are the dogs bits. jon mcmillan.

I had a problem with them a few months back. Took 2 weeks to get what I wanted even after phoning them and comfirming that they would be delivered on time.

I asked my brother-in-law as he works in the postal sorting depo and he told me that there on a go slow strike and have been for weeks he also said that they have thousands of letters and parcels lying unsorted and that there not meeting there quota every night making there back log worse I`m waiting on a few items from gerry artifly think I`m in for a long wait but on the upside the bills are not getting here either

never had a problem with them and usually recieved the next day if ordered early enough

i use essential fly for micro flies and there order only took a couple of days so as everyone else is saying they are quite reliable

Ok guys thanks for the info,i didnt realise there was a postal strike. Dont think there is one on over here in N Ireland.So i will put it down to that.I was just looking forward to trying the Small Black F flies that i ordered.
