Has anyone fished the lake there?I went there the other day and had a good look and it looks absolutely amazing!It's a long lake but it's fairy narrow and very clear,so much so I could see many nice brownies cruising in the marginsIt's stocked regularly and there's wild fish in there from the feeder stream-all for £50 a season!
Anyone tried it?I will be there Friday for a fish....can't wait!!!

My dad and I joined last year and we fish there at least once aweek(usually Saturdays)and we really enjoy it.The weed can be a bit of a problem but it is cut back regularly,it was being stocked with both rainbow and brown trout but Ibelieve its going to be stocked with the latter from now on.Apparently large numbers of the stocked 'bows were migrating down the river.Idon't think you'd get better value anywhere else.Inotice that you also post on FFISW forums and if you can get on ther and contact Buffy he will be able to fill you in in much greater detail(he's a club official).
