Default Microwave Cooking your Trout

We had a demonstration by Karen Harris on various methods of Microwave Cooking your Rainbow Trout at the September meeting of the LFFA.

A very enjoyable (tasty) meeting and I have posted the various recipes here:
Microwave Cooking Trout
- 6 or more dishes, all done in 90 mins or so.

The Chinese Trout was my favourite

I hope that you find something you like ...

I have had enough of trout over the years, but your thread has made me take notice.
I will be giving it a go in winter when I get a couple of nice ones.

Many thanks.

One of the easiest ways of cooking and easily cleaned up afterwards.I regularly microwave my fish but as I fish mostly for wild browns hardly ever need the full six minutes.
