Much depends on which Loomis & Franklin blank this rod is built on. The 10' 6" Delphi had at least two incarnations.
The first 25 or so designed and made by David Moore were finished to his exacting specifications by L/F on High Modulus Graphite (HMG) blanks, subsequent models - the bulk of the range - on IM6 and indeed there may even be some later rods on IMX blanks.
The HMG rods are far and away the nicest to use IMHO, the action being what would today be advertised as 'mid-flex'. I found the IM6 rather unforgiving and the IMX to be a bit of a poker, to be frank.
Consequently, the HMGs are more sought after. If yours is one such, I'd buy it from you, but without seeing and using it, I couldn't be sure. Sadly, the records of the factory's output to which I used to have access are now destroyed (don't ask, long story). Also, the later IM6s were sold in a light green canvas twill-type rod bag with an embroidered logo, earlier rods in a navy blue cotton one (although there was an overlap at the time so this can't be taken as definitive).
There should be a serial number hand-painted on the butt of the rod, which was probably built between 1978 - 1981. If the number is around 150 - 175, it may indeed be HMG
