paid for mine online and it arrived within a few days.

I'd check up on yours asap because it shouldn't take that long to arrive and there is a chance that the transaction didn't go through and you are inadvertantly fishing without one!!!! Max fine 2000 notes I think!!

Had mine within a couple of days as well, got mine via the e-mail reminder and as with all payments over the net I printed the receipt just in case.

You should have an acknowledgement from buying online so it may be that you have to send them a reminder.

Ordering online with the reciept email is all you really need (so it said).

Definitely get in touch with the EA because it's possible that you bought a licence for the old season - which ended the day you bought your licence! I had that problem even though I paid at the Post Office - the clerk clicked the wrong button and I paid £25 for last season instead of £26 for the new one. How much was your licence? I had to go and buy a new licence and send the receipt for the old one to the EA for a refund!

Your one patient puppy Noel. Mine took three months to come. I had to ring them up, numbers on the receipt. When I rang they had a huge backlog, but would of thought that was sorted by now. So if I was you I'd ring asap.
Hope this helps

Sean
