Default A bad day scenario....

ok heres the scenario , you start sorting out your fishing equipment the night before the big day....you check double check and are satisfied you have all your tackle togeather, you go to your local petrol station and fill up , you have your last cup of tea and off to bed you go.....you wake up the next morning atleast an hour before the alarm goes off , you have 50 or so miles to cover so you eat your cornfalkes drink your tea pack the car up and off to go,it's a beatifull mild overcast day with a slite breeze "god is on your side" you arrive at the river where theres a series of deep holes ,you put your rod and fly box down and sitt and observe , ok you forgot your net , its in the boot of the car no probs you go fetch it , as you clamber up the bank , you notice the farmer has let his cows out to graze , you arrive back at the bank and a cow has kicked your prized Wheatley Silmalloy metal fly box in to the deep pool with no chance of recovering it all your flies are gone ........ so you get the cussing and swearing over and done with, so you start frisking yourself looking for inspiration and then you frisk over something on your jacket collar aha it,s a fly........ So heres the question; what fly are you hopeing it is......................thanks for reading.........have a good day...jim

I hope It's a Hares Ear size 14, dry-fly!! I'd fish all day confident in catching something or other; even if it's only a cold in the head!
