Default fishing on brecon reserviors

Can anybody let me know if they have fished any of the brecon reserviors just off merthyr,hot spots, types of flies to use as i'm thinking about having a crack at either lynn-on beacons or the other one ( forgot the name )

The one your are missing is Cantref. Only fished it the once and had promised myself a trip there this year and to Beacons Reservoir. Cantref and Llwyn Onn are stocked with Rainbows. Llwyn Onn is open for worm fishers too. Beacons I believe is more wild but has been stocked I think with browns at some stage but maybe not for a while. I'm sure others on here will put me right if I've given inaccurate info and can provide more info as to what to use and where.
