Default Leaking waders

Seemed to have sprung a leak over the weekend in my Whychwood waders, problem is the leak seems to be in the neoprene part of the foot.

Can this be repaired(if so how) or should I be asking my missus for new waders for my anniversary present?

If you want them done professionally try Aberdeen Field Sports. They have just overhauled my Rabidors and I reckon they are better than new!

Hi'. If you know exactly where the leak is, make sure the leaky foot is dry. and apply a coat of Aquasure. If you can't see the puncture hole, pour a quart of water down into the foot, and look for the damp spot. Mark it, dry the waders again. seal the spot. You can do both sides, inside and out, just to be sure. TC
PS Store your Aquasure in a fridge, and warm up before using. I have also kept it in a freezer.
If you can find a supply of waterproof Ev0-stik, I used it to make my own trouser waders/ bottom half of a dry suit, a long time ago, you simply push against the puncture area from inside the foot, the puncture opens a little, you put in a dab of waterproof adhesive.
Simples, Sergei!!

Default Thanks

Will have to try and dry them out because when I filled the foot with water(inside out) the whole foot just seemed wet. Maybe if its dry I can identify where the hole is.

Thanks for all the recommendations for products to use.

I have had a pair of these in the past and if it is anything like mine were the leak will be in the heel of the neoprene as mine cracked there after a time.

I wouldn't advise a bicycle repair kit, I used the adhesive from a kit on a pair of neoprene boots sometime ago and it began to disolve the neoprene!
