Default IBM on a Double Hander

Eddie travelled from New Zeland to fish the Tweed and had a major adrenalin rush when on the second cast he was in. After an epic battle in fast water ten minutes later he landed this IBM Screen mount wonder how many more of these stories ar out there.

I notice he did not return the IBM screenmount for some other poor angler to enjoy a good fight with.

Where did he find the fast water on the Tweed?

If you're being chased by a police dog, try not to go through a tunnel, then on to a little seesaw, then jump through a hoop of fire. They're trained for that **** !

I remember many years ago one July in the early 1970's, on the river Tummel, just below the dam at Pitlochry, a young angler hooked into, what appeared to be a decent salmon on his spinning gear, in front of a rather large crowd of tourists, both on the same bank as he and up on the dam. It was putting up a mighty fight and flashes of the fish could be seen as it "fought" in the current of the swollen slightly coloured river. The crowd was getting very excited, when at last the "salmon" came into view in a shallow backwater. It was a plastic bucket with its **** burnt out by hot ashes from a coal fire, hooked perfectly on its handle. Needless to say the large crowd laughed and the young angler was deeply embarassed.

I met him outside the George in Walkerburn, don't know where he was fishing and he was staying the week so he may well have had some more IBM's

I don't know, that looks like a stocked IBM escapee to me. Look at how rounded the edges are. Obviously it's been held captive in some kind of cubed container.

Not impressed, I'll bet the fight was fairly lackluster compared to the wild IBMs like a mainframe or even a good rack-mount server.

I landed a headlight off a Ford Escort a couple of years ago on the Tweed - was well convinced I was into something for a minute. It was nice and bright so it didn't go back.

i pulled out a traffic sign from the Snizort in Skye in March. Which is all the more bizarre as for those of you that don't know the island, there are very few traffic signs to be caught! The fact i was in the middle of nowhere with only a single track road about a mile away made it all the more strange. My burd had a great laugh tho when i was screamin "fish fish fish!!!"
