Ive noticed the times on the forum are gmt-7,is this the same for everyone,or do i need to change something.

Click on this link: http://www.flyforums.co.uk/profile.php?do=editoptions 'User CP - then 'Edit Options'.

Scroll to penultimate box and tick 'GMT' and 'Daylight saving' boxes - then save. Somehow your settings must have been corrupted.
