Default Tree Meadow Tackle Shop

Hi,
has anyone had trouble with this webshop ?

I ordered a pair of reels 1½ weeks ago and have sent severel email. Havnt had a single response yet and no reels either.

Its very annoying - I hope they are just away on holliday or something. But does anyone know anything that can help ?

Sorry dup post but didnt see this more recent query, This was last year though and after lots of phone calls and effort I did get a refund on non delivered goods after slightly over a month

Yes I had terrible trouble with them last christmas

I rang up to ask if I could still order some le chameau moulon plus boots for my fiance and as it was getting close to christmas I wanted to make sure that they would deliver on time.

I was told instead to pay over the telephone so that they could be sent out next day they didnt come and I rang a couple of days to ask who had they been sent with and I was told that they would chase them up. They didnt come before christmas so I asked again after and they said it was royal mail

They didnt get back to me so I called again and asked for the special delivery number as at the time it stated that parcels sent by courier and would have to be signed for as it was over a certain amount

They said they would chase it up. they didnt I called them and they said i woudl have to chase it up but they had no special delivery number to give me

Rang royal mail and they said that they would need number and seller should get in touch with them. Rang trading standards and they said that they should refund me as it had been over a month and I had recieved nothing

Rang them and asked for my refund they said call back the next day, I did and informed them that I had been in touch with trading standards and I should get a refund. He offered to send me boots out the next day and I said I would prefer a refund he accused me of already having the boots. I informed him that I didnt want to have to wait another month since he hadnt attempted to help at all and didnt appear to have sent out in a traceable way.

It might be an okay place to go fish but I would not trust this place with my online shopping
