Default Intermediate "Clear" line leader questions?

How do you attach your leader to a "clear" intermediate line? How long of leader/tippet do attach?

My greatest concern is keeping the fly in the "strike zone" while using a hand-twist retrieve. This is especially difficult in shallow water.

Your thoughts and comments please.

Thanks in advance, Flymph

Default Line

You need to first put a braided loop(or similer)on the line then attach your leader to that The same as any line.

The length of leader is up to you.
Clear intermediates are the same as any intermediates with different sinking rates Ie the time it takes to sink a specific depth

If the water is to shallow try using a floating line and longish leader

Allthough they are clear lines made to spook the fish less some people still fish with 20ft+ leaders.
