I used to spoil a good walk regulary only wish I still could but I would never have said that it was spoilt it is only a term used by those who don't play.

If it is I think its a great idea and I'm going to try it this afternoon before I set off for Arnfield. And I think if we were doing it properly it would be a triathlon with the final event being two hours in the pub...
