Default Should I be worried?????

On friday night I destroyed yet another mid price waistcoat... A Daiwa another zip went on it and stuff ended up in the drink.. Sunday afternoon and just happened to be near an Orvis shop with Mrs Coasty. Now I have always admired the Orvis waistcoasts but being a yorkshireman of the deep pockets and short arms variety have usually purchased something more reasonable....Mrs coasty almost forced me into the shop and after much muttering and trying on we ended up spending over a 100 notes on a waistcoat. I swear I had to sit down after paying the money.

No what worries me is Mrs Coasty possitively pushed me into it saying stuff like "treat Yourself" and " get a good one it will be good value in the long run" She also smiled an unusually large amount...

Since then I cant sleep its so out of character... Whats she softening me up for...Im at my wits end guys what do you think am I been paranoid????

Coasty ( worried)

If you have a joint bank account lock up the plastic cards hide the cheque books you know what I'm saying.

hmmmm has she got "" something to tell you "" lol. if she asks you to sit down one day while having a smile on her face i would make sure you have a pint in your hand pmsl.

OR shes wanting ammo to use against you down the line and she will remind you "" that you spent over £100 notes on a stupid waistcoat and never spend that amount on her "" lol.

It maybe out of character for you, but is it for her?

Are any of her shoes worn down at the heels maybe?

She may very well be giving a dose of 'what's good for you will be good for me' with mind to a forthcoming purchase she wants, or she may just being a lovely wife

Best bet, ask her.....while you ask have the credit card next within striking range of a pair of scissors

My girlfriends the same, but I like to treat myself anyway. Just not when she's around

do not worry my missus goes off like this she always says if we can afford it I can have it. The difference is with mine is she does actually go fishing so likes using quality and at the moment has a fishpond fetish.

Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.

We have some warped version of A Midsummer Night's Dream playing out in Yorkshire. Yorkshire Man willingly shells out 100 clams for a vest while Yorkshire Woman stands by and not only allows it, but actually encourages it? Madness.

Coasty, I would normally have to agree with FoG, in that obviously Mrs. Coasty is having the pool boy. However you're in Yorkshire for God's sake, not only does that eliminate the possibility of a pool boy, it eliminates the possibility of a pool.

So we must face the inevitable conclusion: Mrs. Coasty has developed a twisted fetish and it's now an incredible turn-on for her to see you in fishing-related clothing.

Yes, yes, the whole time she was standing there in the store smiling sweetly and uttering words of encouragement, she was picturing you wearing that new waistecaot and nothing else. God, it must have put her on the boil! The thought of zipping you into that smokin' hot new Orvis waistcoat and then, erm, fiddling with your zinger. If you know what I mean.

It's the only possible answer.

Grouse
