Well I now need to come clean.
Last year my small business went t..sup due to the economic downturn and I have been pondering whether to try and resurrect it or take a complete change in vocation.
When I was in Australia, I guided in Tasmania specialising in wilderness trips for wild brown trout. Really enjoyed but when an opportunity arose to come to the UK I took it. Reverted back to type and got into the high flying stuff etc etc.
Well, some of you and my friends have been pushing for me to take it up again. hence this thread.
Today I have launched my new small business specialising in guiding and tuition for fishing hackled flies (aka spiders) using the traditional methods of our forefathers. Obviously I will do all the other stuff but my passion is those sparse flies of the North Country.
I am also in the process of publishing a small booklet (for a nominal price) on how to use these methods etc. It will be ready in about 2-3 weeks.
My web-site went up today -
www.flyfishwithme.net -, it has a few bugs but I will iron them out over the next week so please bear with me.
One thing I won't be doing, is publishing threads showing clients and myself catching fish. I will leave that to the clients.
Hope you take the time to review the site and perhaps engage my enthusiasm.
So I guess that makes me a trade member hey (I hope so, I paid the money).
Cheers
