Default Taking the Children

Just wondered if there were any fisheries doing any offers when taking the children fishing. I know that Fewston allows you to take one child free when acconpanied by a full paying adult and I nearly got to Toft Newton this week but the wind was against me (and my son).
I would like to take my son with me but if he has to pay for a full ticket then it works out quite expensive.
Toft for example allows the catch to be divided between adult and child so betwwen us we can catch and take up to 6 fish(if we were that lucky!)
My son has been once before and would like to come again.
This request mainly relates to the North of England but I think it interesting to see what fisheries are actively looking to promote a junior following.
Thanks

Richard

I also would like to hear of waters,in my case (south),asmy 9yr son wants to come with me,and as you say for two ,that gets expensive, also,in reality, you wont be fishing as hard as you normally would, because you have to keeps stopping to help the children.
And ifthese waters have any sense, and encourage this sort of ticket, rember
TODAYS CHILDREN ,ARE TOMORROWS FISHERMEN,so the waters will have a future bussiness.

Lockwood Beck allows upto 2 juniors to share the ticket of a full paying adult £24 for a 4 fish (killed) limit, you must kill the 1st fish then kill or catch and release.

Stocks would be a good one. There are more but it's sun morning and I can't remember which. Will post em when I do, or maybe someone else does?

Yongsters sharing the catch should get more encouragement to get started I reckon. Some places want to charge a mint.
