Acid House is on a distinguished road
Default I felt like a king...........

Just got back from a week in Skipton and amongst other venues enjoyed a day on Kilnsey fishery.
Started with a sinking line and stripping deep to no avail but once I had switched to simple blobs floated on the surface I couldn’t go wrong. A good sized rainbow with every (good) cast, upto 6lb.
Now I am very new to fly fishing but I felt like a king all day, especially when I changed to a dry daddy long legs and took several more rainbows, It may just have been me and I don’t want to sound big headed but it looked like I was having the most success.
It was obviously beginners luck and I am sure it won’t last but please forgive my indulgence, IT WAS GRRRRREEEEAAAT.

Shame about Stocks and all the other places tried. I’m obviously rubbish really.
