Default Tom C. Saville LTD.

Anyone else use/used the above.
I placed an order with them Tuesday evening and the items arrived this morning, can`t fault the service as far as I am concerned.

I am nothing to do with them, I just thought to place credit where credit is due.

I think they were taken over by Walkers of Trowell some years ago. They currently operate from the same premises as Walkers.

Have used them a couple of times over the years; can be a bit pricey compared to others.

Yep

I am a fan of them. Don't mind paying extra for good customer service which seems to be slipping again in the UK. Good luck Tom C Saville. Bags of knowlege there if you want to pick a few brains.

Always nice to read about good service other than the usual suspects.
An old established business that has been around a while.

Haven't used Tom C Saville for quite a while, but used them regularly at one time. Tom introduced job-lot packs of cock necks. I think they were £2-50 for 10 capes, and they were the best value for money in fly tying materials that I ever bought. Service was always prompt and civil. Give credit always where it is due. TC

My father reckons they have been going for a long time. He bought a pair of Hardy Palakona LRH No2 salmon rods from Tom in the early '70s: "a clearance, hence £40" he said. Copper whipping on the butts instead of thread.
