Default Which Reel?

Just bought a superb rod well above anything I'd thought I'd ever own.
It's a 7 weight and I now need to buy a reel to compliment it.
So my question is, which reel?
Spent all my beer tokens on the rod so price is a consideration.

If you have bought a nice rod, then you need to put on a bit of bling,
if you fish with a few lines then you have to consider the price of spares spools,
i currently use the hardy demon 5000 which will take your line.
it comes with two spare spools, and if you want to purchase more,
They come in about a tenner.,
And i think they are Bees knees.

I have an Intrepid graphite fly reel, large arbour, fitted with a WF7F and loop. As new, used once I think. Ready to fish with, just add a leader, blob and you are good to go.

£15.00 posted.

I have just bought one of the Sonik 4 reels and am very impressed. If you buy direct from Sonik there is a £20 discount. For a fiver they will load your reel with backing for you as well. Very good value and extremely fast service.

Partridge S-Series are on special offer at the mo and quite good really, Daiwa Loch Mor LA are too if you have a shufty on Ebay.

Lamson Litespeed Hard Alox are the best reels on the market in opinion.

My 20 year Hardy loyalty ended when they transfered their manufacturing to China.
