Default Rivers near Launceston

Are there any rivers that do day tickets for trout near Launceston?

I'm heading that way first week in August to see some friends and though I might try and get a line out..

As Mr midge says, check out the Angling 2000 waters.

The Tamar is a good river but also in Launceston is the river Kensey, some good trout and huge grayling in there

Enjoy
