In the first instance contact the retailer where you bought it (assuming its within the UK) or contact them direct http://www.sageflyfish.com/Resources/Warranty/
Cheers

I broke my custom made xp a few weeks ago. I contacted them directly and they have been very helpful and quick to respond to emails. My new top piece is winging its way to me as we speak. I didnt even have a warranty card

Top marks to Garry Coxon - I sent him a broken XP top section for repair or replacing. The new section arrived the following morning - talk about express service.

Foxons are also appointed Sage repairers and handle warranty claims.

They got a new tip, for an XP, to me in double quick time and I was only charged £10 postage.

Hope I'm wrong but if it is custom made then you'll only receive a blank.
