I assume it is a round tube, so the height will be the same as the width - 4" or app 10.2cm . Length will be around 175cm or so for an 11' 2 piece

That should be all you need H, 10.2x 175cms tube.
Is it royal mail or independent courier?

I use Interlink, they are very good. Length no problem, and tracked to the door.
Can highly reccomend.

Most companies ask for the length and width to work out the volumetric weight e.g. a package may be less than the maximum weight allowed but when the volumetric weight is calculated it becomes over the maximum weight.

Just sit it flat lengthwise on a surface and measure from that surface to the top of the tube ..lay a ruler or piece of wood across the top to meake it easier to measure . height and width will be the same for a round tube .
