Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 2003. (Scotland)

Has anyone got a copy of this ? ? or knows where i can find it on pdf format ?

I can only find the Consolidation , not the acts themselves ......

Iv got " powers or water bailiffs " - to inforce the salmon and freshwater fisheries acts [2004]

but thats not what im after ....

can any of the experts or more knowledgeable members assist ?

Hi marky

I'm not sure but I think you may have to refer initially to SFFA 1975 and then cross reference... as the 2003 Scottish consolidation will probably just relate to the differences....but don't take that as gospel.
If no joy is found on this forum then ring SEPA.....they should be able to answer your question or point you at the documentation you require.

thanks sedgeking , i was under the impression that the pre 1976 rulings were different ? but im not an expert thats why I just want to learn but rely on you guys to steer me in the right direction
