Firstly.......let me say thanks a lot for the people that helped me out with the info on Glen Sherrup resevoir last week, I ended up going and having a wee shot on Monday, caught 4 lovely rainbows on dries for 8.5lbs

Anyway, I'm heading down to Loch Earn tomorrow for a spot of fishing on a boat and was wondering if anyone had any pointers on the hot spots/locations?? My father will be with me, he'll be fishing with bait and I'll be on the fly! I've read that it's best to stay fairly close to the shoreline but I doubt I'll have time to cover all 6.5 miles so if you could give me some tips (preferably toward the St Fillans end) on where to go that'd be ace!!
