Lightbulb Bucket List

After watching the Movie Bucket List, I started to think about rivers/lochs/lakes that I would most like to fish - will fish at some point in my life (hopefully).

What is your top list of rivers/lochs/lakes that you would most like to fish?

No, afraid not Fish8MyFly. That's one of the huge sea trout that run the Rio Gallegos.

It's probably just me, but I find this whole "bucket list" fad to be very strange.

Sure there's a list of things I want to do in this life, but I don't view it as some kind of finite list where items simply get checked off and then that's it, been there, done it, got the t-shirt.

With fishing, the only thing that going somewhere on my "list" has taught me is that I just want to go there again. Fishing is an experience, not a destination, so the people, the fishing, the scenery, and everything else is ever-changing.

My idea of a life well-lived is not passing away while sitting in a rocking chair with a clean to-do list. It's to have done a lot and to die with plans to do more tomorrow.
