Kate mclaren, zulu, invivtas, clifton, shipman buzzers, cdc,s, daddies all do well on rainbows in sizes 14,s 12,s and 10,s.
Its not all lures for rainbows the same flies that catch Brown trout will catch rainbows aswell.

I agree with your choice of patterns,
The older im getting, im starting to fish less and less anything with a long tail,
And now mostly sticking to dries nymphs and wets, enjoy my fishing more.

Really can't go far wrong with Snatchers. They are a great all round "wet" fly and never have them of my cast. Great when the buzzers are hatching as well as pulling in a wave.

Thanks for that, i never used to be without a Cruncher or snatcher on my cast,
but recently for some strange reason, i seem to have forgetting about them,
will have to dig them out again.

Pretty much the same as already mentioned.

Kate McLaren, bibio, black pennel, olive bumble and pearly invicta are always worth a shot somewhere on the cast.
