which is the best way to fish the FU fly, never used them b 4 so need some advice

Chiefly as a stillwater lure - but could be a killer on any of your local rivers after a flood - fished wet "Down and Across" - like spinning with mepps.

Kev, there is a variety of ways to fish the FU, you can strip, slow retrieve, jerky retrieve, fig 8, even hanging under a bung.
Just experiment and you will surely find out this lure/blob is a real killing pattern
