Can someone give me a contact for daiwa here in Ireland.I have a new wilderness rod and im not one bit satisfied with the reel seat,it seems to be faulty,my reels keep loosening when tightened.

hi mate will the shop ur purchesd the rod from not get u a replacment

I brought back one already with reel keeper ring faced the opposite way around.They replaced it with another rod.Now the replacement seems to be faulty,i rekon they have a dud batch of rods.

A quick phone call to Scotland should see you right,I know that there have been a few complaints about Daiwa's customer service in recent years,but they seem to have got things sorted now!
