There are a few places left on Jeremy Lucas’s waterside masterclass/workshop on Cumbria’s River Eden, particularly on Wednesday May 20th, and he’s asked me to put the word out that he’d welcome hearing from those who might enjoy participating. There will be the opportunity for participants to fish on after the demonstrations, with JL guiding those who might benefit from it. At long last we’ve had the much needed rain, so our Cumbrian rivers should be in decent fettle for the fishing festival.
For those who don’t know Jeremy, he has represented England in both river and stillwater competitions, he's a member of the Hardy Greys Academy, and his new book Tactical Fly Fishing is to be published in August (Crowwood Press). It will no doubt be a state-of-the-art must-read publication.
