A big thanks to the fishery management and all the sponsors for making today such a success. Around 20 youngsters turned up, most of whom had never fly fished before. Despite the breeze, nobody gave up and an excellent day was had by all.
Also, the guys from the Swale Ure & Nidd branch branch of the Trout and Salmon Association who gave up their Sundays to spend their time trying to introduce youngsters to the sport have my absolute respect and admiration. Well done folks.
