Default Czech Nymph Pattern

I’d like to fish the Czech Nymphing technique for brown trout a bit more but I’m at a loss to know what patterns to try.
There’s so many different patterns out there that I’d like someone to recommend a pattern that they've had some success with to try! The thinking being that if I have confidence in the fly I’ll concentrate more on the technique! Thanks.

Default Patterns

The patterns that imitate
Ryacophila
hydropsyche
shrimp
peeping caddis
all work but anything buggy will do.If you have a few minutes on your next trip, take a kick sample by holding a very fine mesh net downstream and shuffling over some coarse gravelled area.Imitate the commonest "bugs" you find
