Default Boat Drifting Query

I have a 19 foot lake boat, older J Meagher model, and do quite a bit of fishing alone. I normally sit on the first bench seat nearest the back of the boat.Sometimes i notice it drifts a bit strange.Sometimes when i turn the boat around and fish from the other side it helps.Would a weight at the bow help.Any info greatly appreciated.

Hi BB
Try putting two five gallon drums filled with water in the bow and you should find that will help. It will also stop the bow from rising up to high when you are driving.
