Default Hello

Hi to all.

New member here.

I've been lurking for a while picking up on advice and information.

Things have changed a bit since I last cast a fly - about 20 years ago unbelievably! Been a bit busy bringing up a family and doing other things.

Now the kids (and wife) have flown I've got a bit more leisure time on my hands so here I am

Regards

Nicko

Hi Nicko, and welcome back to the wonderful world of fishing.
My daughter left 20years ago, unfortunately the wife stayed behind.
Just joking I think.

Hi Nicko,
Welcome to the forum!!
I was in the same situation two seasons back; hadn't cast a fly in 27,years; but it all comes flooding back, (believe me) and the new and innovative, styles, techniques, and equipment, you'll soon learn about on this forum!!

The people on here are really helpful, and extremely knowledgeable; don't be afraid to ask questions (not only on fly fishing) you'll certainly find the answers!!

The styles and techniques you learned, many years ago, will come in very handy when the fishing gets tough and the fish aren't playing ball, you'll remember the sneaky little tricks you once used!

Keep-em-Tight
