Default Thwart Board Question

Does anyone know the standard dimensions for a thwart board that would fit most boats used on UK reservoirs, including the positioning of the blocks on the underside?

I had been spared to see another spring, and I thank God for it.”

Well I made mine at 6' and have since trimmed it back to 5' 8" and it still leaves a few inches of overhang on the Draycote and Carsington boats, which are pretty much standard sizes I think. As regards blocks on the underside I just have one on the underside at each end - don't really see any need for an "inner" one.
