My kind of fishing Bruce, lovely.
Bung a worm down it and don't tell anyone. I wont.

I still have my little 6ft fiberglass worming rod in the den, but hardly ever use it now, as most of the water I could fish with a worm, has now gone under local club rules.
Shame really, I still think worm fishing is quite skillful and shouldn't be frowned upon in some of these small becks/streams.
Sometimes it's the only way you can fish them with all the cover about.
Bet there is a fish or two a bit over a pound in there Bruce.
Cheers Steven.

Try going well upstream and fishing down to them with a small Grayling float on, it worked for me on occasion. If the float goes under strike to the side rather than upwards, avoids pulling the hook out.
Great fun, I envy you.
