I recently purchased the SpeyToZ DVD which details Scandi & Skagit casts, however when I tried to view it, my DVD complained as it was in NTSC (US) format. The DVD player can switch to NTSC but it shows in Black and White which is a pain in the A. It's a Panasonic and only a few years old, and quite good despite this failing.
Was this DVD ever produced in PAL format?

My copy plays perfectly on my much older JVC and Hitachi systems.

It doesn't say PAL or NTSC on the disc or cover, I'd just assumed it was UK region PAL.
