Do you mean the clips for holding flys when you have tied them the small plunger/hook type devices? If so a few of the online fly specialists sell them like Lakeland Sportfish also do them or dare I say check on e-bay.
If this is the type you are enquiring about you can also get a nice wooden holder for the clips as well.
