Default Great service from an ebay seller - dongraytackle

Purchased a Shakespeare Atlantis 9ft 10# from dongraytackle on ebay.

Now they where the cheapest and I recieved the item quickly. But I want to mention them because their aftersales has prooved to be excellent.

I actually never used the rod till about a month later and when I went to thread the line through I noticed that the ceramic on the bottom ring was cracked.

I informed dongraytackle about the problem and they contacted Shakespeare, wh must also get a mention, and ordered me a replacement.

No fuss or messing around just had to send a photo of the damaged bit.

Great service I think.

I have to say that my experiences with Shakespeare have always been totally excellent, I wish all companies would give service like I've received from them over the years.
