maharg will become famous soon enough
Default Total flyfisher

Bought a copy of this mag' today. My usual rags are F, F, and F, tying and Tand S.
I know it is set out for the beginer and has a stocked rainbow bias, but I think it is well worth a look for the novices out there.

Explain? And this bit is because the simple word 'Explain?' isn't considered a viable post. Too short apparently.

As a newcomer to fly fishing I'll have a look at that.I bought my first Trout Fisherman mag yesterday evening and enjoyed the article by Steve Ringer.

Maharg PM'ed me yesterday about a short video of a fff grayling outing, and said he had a bad neck and was not working.so he's obviously bored.

Well at least it seems to have become a bit milder in the past couple of days in this part of the World anyway .

Be gently with the old poster, he is getting on a bit.
It was a video that I took on my mobile when we were fishing the forum day out on the Earn during the winter when Jim caught a nice grayling.

I bought a copy of Total FF this morning and as a newcomer to fly fishing I must say I found Trout fisherman easier to understand.I like the instruction sections and found the advice squad pages really helpful. It's very similar in lay out to improve your course fishing which is probably why I found it a easy read.I did enjoy reading John Baileys interview with Burnard Cribbins in TTF though.
